Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original clear packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ziibras.com with photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the claim and provide a resolution in accordance with consumer protection standards.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item, you must:

  1. Request and complete a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest processing and inventory availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Worn or washed lingerie

  • Items without tags

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or promotional clearance items
