Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over US $59

• Flat Rate Shipping of US $7.99 for orders under US $59

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Method & Carriers

All orders are shipped using standard international shipping.

We partner with 4PX as our primary logistics carrier.

The final delivery (“last-mile”) carrier depends on the destination country, including:

• United States: USPS

• Canada: Canada Post

• Other countries: Local postal or courier partners

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Destination country logistics

• Customs clearance

• Local carrier delays

• Peak shipping periods

Ziibras is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges:

• Are the responsibility of the customer

• Are not included in product or shipping prices

• Are not refundable by Ziibras

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ziibras is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Failed delivery attempts

• Packages returned due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us.
